Running own three technical institutions approved by AICTE, MHRD, New Delhi, notified by Punjab Government and affiliated to Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar.He has become first to get Letter of Intent (LoI) for Women business school of region from AICTE. He is planning to establish 3 more business school coming session. With the visit of renowned management expert including Dr. Rajinder Gupta (Kellogg, USA), Dr. Manoj Anand (IIM, Lucknow), Prof. D.K. Banwet (IIT Delhi), Prof. J.C.
